Steelers rumored to fill final three spots on the practice squad

As of Saturday, the Pittsburgh Steelers had filled 13 of their 16 spots on their practice squad. While some teams announced all 16 players at once, the Steelers have a trend of filling these spots in waves.

With three spots remaining, rumors have been swirling around who might round out the team’s taxi squad. Here is what we know now, but remember nothing has been made official by the Pittsburgh Steelers organization.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, running back, and former Pitt product, Qadree Ollison is set to sign with the Steelers:

Zander Horvath, a RB/FB who spent time with the Los Angeles Chargers this preseason, is also rumored to be signing with the Steelers. This per Pete Byrne:

The final spot on the practice squad which is rumored to be filled is with former Green Bay Packers LB/S Tariq Carpenter. This per Rob Demovsky:
