The Pittsburgh Steelers 2023 preseason has been riddled with highlights. Whether you’re talking about Kenny Pickett’s pristine outings, George Pickens’ acrobatic catches, or Jaylen Warren breaking off long runs. It’s been exciting.

But that doesn’t mean there aren’t aspects of the team which are equally exciting, yet often go unnoticed.

This is where Brian “Baldy” Baldinger of the NFL Network comes in.

Some national media pundits are different than the others, and Baldinger being a former player who has lived in the trenches of the NFL, he sees the game differently than most. Some will just show highlights, but “Baldy” essentially takes you onto the field and makes you feel as if you are living the plays he outlines on his official Twitter/X feed.

Recently, Baldinger took to video to talk about two new comers to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Nick Herbig, who he’s discussed plenty this preseason, and Isaac Seumalo. The talk about Sumalo is certainly notable considering he hasn’t been the focus of attention much, and that’s a good thing.
