Liv Morgan Thanks Dominick Mysterio for Helping Her Defeat Becky Lynch – Again

Dominick Mysterio interfered in the Liv Morgan-Becky Lynch rematch for the World women’s title last night on WWE Monday Night Raw.

For the second time in three days, he failed to keep the title once held by Rhea Ripley away from “Mami’s” archenemy, Morgan. Dom accidentally helped Morgan win the title from Lynch on Saturday in Saudi Arabia.

In Monday’s steel cage rematch, Dom wandered out to ringside. Other Judgement Day members followed, which brought out Brawn Strowman to even the odds. Brawn trucked Dom, who knocked the cage door right into Becky’s head. Liv escaped the cage to retain the title.

After the match, Liv planted a huge kiss on Dominic. Watch it for yourself!

The show began with a speech from Gunther, the new King of the Ring. He will get a shot at the World title, currently held by Damien Priest, at SummerSlam on Aug. 3 in Cleveland.

Priest came out to talk about the match, but Drew McIntyre emerged to remind them that he was getting at title shot first, at the Clash at the Castle show in Scotland on June 15.

The action finally began with Braun Strowman defeating JD McDonagh (of Judgment Day) with a powerslam.

Ricochet and Ilja Dragonov were having a fine match, when Bron Breakker ignored his suspension and attacked both men. Bron is starting to catch on with the fans as a powerful force who can’t be controlled.

The Authors of Pain beat the Creed Brothers which their “What a Rush” combo finisher. Remember, they are managed by the Road Warriors’ former leader, Paul Ellering.

Lyra Valkyria lost the Queen of the Ring finals to Nia Jax on Saturday, but she bounced back to defeat Kairi Sane on Raw.

Rey Misterio defeated Carlito as they wrestled each other for the first time in 20 years. Rey Jr. gained some revenge for Carlito’s attack on fellow Latino World Order member Dragon Lee.

Bronson Reed won a big-man battle against Otis. A disappointed Chad Gable was about to whip Otis with a belt, but Sami Zayn fortunately intervened.

This Friday on Smackdown will feature the coronation of Nia Jax as Queen of the Ring, as well as an appearance by WWE champion Cody Rhodes.
